Overview
SolarSales is a private solar sales operations workspace. This policy explains what information the workspace collects, how it is used, and the choices users have, including data accessed through Google APIs when Google Calendar is connected.
Information collected
- Account information. Name, email address, role, team, and reporting line provided by the workspace administrator.
- Operational data. Leads, customers, appointments, contracts, photos, payroll records, and related sales information entered in the workspace.
- Google account data. Google email address, calendar events, and free/busy information, only when a user connects Google Calendar.
- Technical data. Session cookies and operational logs needed to authenticate users, secure tenant data, and run the service.
How Google user data is used
Connecting Google Calendar is optional. Calendar event access is used to create, update, and cancel workspace appointments and to read availability so appointments are not double-booked. Email and OpenID scopes identify the connected Google account.
The workspace does not use Google user data for advertising or to train generalized AI or machine-learning models.
Limited Use disclosure
Use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements.
Storage, isolation, and sharing
Workspace data is stored with managed infrastructure providers using access controls. Integration credentials and Google refresh tokens are encrypted or held in server-only storage and scoped to the company operating this domain.
Information is not sold. It is shared only with service providers needed to operate enabled features, such as hosting, email delivery, calendar, CRM, or messaging, and as required by law.
Revoking access and deleting data
Google Calendar can be disconnected from the profile page or revoked in Google Account permissions. Disconnecting removes the stored refresh token and stops calendar access.
